Job DescriptionAs the Director of Sales reporting to the CEO, you will drive new business revenue by connecting F1000 companies and top tier startups to ULTRA?s world class software and data quality engineering services. You will be a player-coach, achieving ambitious targets while building a high-performing team. Responsibilities include:
1. Drive new business revenue for the companyDevelop and execute business strategy to achieve company wide targets for monthly, quarterly and annual salesTranslate high level sales strategy into clear, actionable goals and priorities for the sales teamMeasure progress towards goals by implementing performance metrics, managing sales pipeline and forecast, and proactively course-correcting when needed
2. Achieve and exceed individual sales targetsDo-what-it-takes to achieve weekly, monthly, annual targets, while consistently demonstrating ULTRA?s values for excellence in work and respect for peers/prospectsIndependently manage all stages of the buying lifecycle from a qualified lead to a signed contractContinuously build the pipeline by developing trusted relationships with tech and data leaders at prospective clients
3. Build and lead sales teamProvide clear direction and devise creative solutions to empower sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targetsLead recruitment and development of high-calibre Account Executives (AE) as the team grows over timeManage individual AE performance through regular 1-on-1s and ongoing coaching and training
RequirementsProven track record of selling to C-level decision makers and closing F1000 enterprise customers.Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets within a B2B field sales environment.Extensive experience selling talent (such as IT services, management consulting, or staffing) or selling highly technical and/or complex products (requiring consultative selling)Hands-on experience managing high performing sales teams, including hiring, training, motivating and retaining top talentAbility to analyze industry trends and market research to inform growth strategies, prospect targeting, and sales tacticsAbility to adapt to changing business priorities and needs, and willingness to initiate changes to systems, structure and staffing to achieve business resultsAbility to foster a high-performing sales culture by stretching and inspiring team members to surpass expectationsAdvanced understanding of Salesforce and other tools required to monitor results and generate insights to continuously improve team performanceLifelong learner striving to improve self continuously, and natural coach committed to helping team members develop professionallyGrace under pressure, able to handle tight deadlines and aggressive goals while maintaining a positive attitude and a ?no challenge is too great? mentalityDesire to work in a dynamic and fast paced startup environment, with a willingness to roll-up sleeves and do what it takes to get the job donePassion for ULTRA?s mission and commitment to building a new business model and proving the advantages of neurodiverse teams
