Construction Project Coordinator Qualifications Include: Prefer two years of experience in the construction industry; will consider recent college graduates. Highly organized and detail oriented with strong problem- solving skills. Ability to multi task and work in a fast-paced environment. Motivated, independent, and self-sufficient when tasked with a project. Required experience with construction plans and specifications. Basic accounting skills required to process accounts payable, subcontracts and change orders. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Sage or other accounting software is a plus.
